Diamond Coated Tile Hole Drill Bit

For use with an angle grinder.

For the Hole Cutting in Ceramic tiles and Porcelain tiles.

Dry Cut Only. Diamond drilling set for Porcelain wall and floor tiles.

Operational speed between 10,000 and 14,000 r.p.m.

Cutters are finished with a M14 or 5/8-11 thread to attach directly to an angle grinder.

Instructions

Place the drill at a 45 degree angle.

Drilling till the hole start to form.

Bring the drill up into upright position.

Continue to drill and swaying the machine along a circle.

Note:

Diamond tile drill bits’ work life depends on the operation methods, RPM and stone material,thickness. So it is necessary to maintain the proper speed and proper cooling of the drilling bits.
